Varadhi Foods – Refund Policy
At Varadhi Foods, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and fresh food delivery. However, we understand that certain situations may require an order cancellation or refund. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
- Customers can cancel their order before it is accepted or prepared by the restaurant.
- Once the restaurant has begun preparing the food, the order cannot be canceled.
- For pre-paid orders canceled before preparation, a refund will be initiated after applicable deductions.
2. Refund Deductions
When a customer cancels an order, Varadhi Foods processes the refund after deducting the following charges:
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Platform / Service Commission Charges
- Payment Gateway or Transaction Fees (if applicable)
⚠️ The refund amount will be the order value minus GST, commission, and payment processing charges.
3. Refund for Failed or Delayed Orders
- If the restaurant or delivery partner cancels the order due to unavailability or other issues, a full refund will be initiated.
- Refunds will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address or contact information.
- If the delivery is refused by the customer after dispatch without valid reason.
- For complaints about taste, quantity, or quality where food is not returned or inspected.
5. Refund Process Timeline
Once the refund request is approved, it will be processed within:
- 24–48 hours for verification and initiation.
- 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in the customer’s bank or wallet.
